You’ll then choose five key plants to take back with you, where we’ll dive deeper into their identification features, medicinal properties, and benefits. Using books and reference materials, you’ll solidify your learning and gain the confidence to recognise these plants again in the wild.
The workshop will also introduce you to practical herbal techniques:
Methods of preserving fresh herbs
How to extract and prepare their active medicinal properties
Ways to incorporate them safely into everyday life
By the end, you’ll leave not just with knowledge, but with a deeper connection to the plants growing around you and the skills to begin your own herbal journey.
