Wild Heart Therapy presents She Returns
About this Event
She Returns
Wild Heart invites you to join us for this trauma-informed workshop exploring embodiment, sensuality, pleasure, desire, and the journey back to yourself.
Many women find themselves disconnected from their bodies, their sexuality, their desires, and their sense of aliveness. This can happen gradually through stress, burnout, people-pleasing, motherhood, trauma, caregiving, hyper-independence, or simply the relentless demands of modern life.
She Returns is an invitation to pause and reconnect.
Together we will explore:
• How stress and survival mode disconnect us from our bodies and desires
• Hyper-independence, emotional numbness, and the cost of always coping
• Sexuality after trauma, motherhood, burnout, and people-pleasing
• The difference between performative sexuality and embodied sensuality
• Pleasure as valuable information from the nervous system
• Reclaiming desire, self-trust, and connection to self
This workshop is grounded in a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach. It is not about becoming more feminine, attracting a partner, fitting traditional gender roles, or performing a particular version of womanhood. Instead, it is about reconnecting with your own experience, your own body, and your own sense of what feels true, pleasurable, and alive.
Participants can expect a blend of psychoeducation, guided reflection, journalling, gentle embodiment practices, and discussion in a supportive and respectful environment.
This workshop has been designed with comfort, autonomy and emotional safety in mind:
• There is no nudity
• There is no partner work
• No one will be asked to share personal experiences
• Participation is always invitational
• You are welcome to engage at your own pace
This workshop welcomes all adults who identify as women, including cisgender and transgender women.
