This is an opportunity for you to take some time out to relax and allow the healing sounds and vibrations of the gongs and various other sacred instruments to take you on a meditative journey through the elements and beyond, where you can connect with your heart and the guidance of your soul.
You will experience the sounds of the drum, flute, singing bowls, gongs, frequency tubes, crystal bowls, voice, nature sounds and chimes.
The vibrations from the sounds are deeply relaxing, rebalancing and nurturing. They can ease a stressful mind, open up the heart, release tension and emotions and create the ideal conditions for self healing and wellbeing.
Please note this is an outdoor event so bring whatever you need to be comfortable - something to sit or lie on, a pillow if desired and a snuggly blanket - plus some drinking water. Let me know if you need to borrow a mat or chair (limited amount available). We have event shelters if needed.
Please arrive at 1.15pm so that we can start at 1.30pm. There will be a brief introduction followed by a short guided meditation to connect with our bodies, breath and heart and then the sounds will last for about an hour with time to slowly come round and reconnect with each other at the end.
I offer these on a 'Give what you can afford' basis around £10-£15 so please adjust according to your budget.
