Wild Heart at Cumberland Dome

Join Melissa of Mother Ascending, to gather with an intimate circle of women to unleash your wild feminine power 🔥.

This workshop is designed to help you connect with your inner maiden - she who burns, was called "too much" and dimmed herself for love & approval.

In our 4 weeks together, we will reach into the depths of our sacral energy and bring her to light.

This is a 90 minute workshop held in a geodesic dome immersed in nature; a place for you to arrive from the busyness of every day life and journey deeper inward, while being held in the safety of our container.

This will be an intentionally small circle for us to truly be able to witness each other.

We will begin with a heart opening herbal tea ceremony and medicine song circle (singing experience not required) by connecting our voices to our feminine ancestors we strengthen our relationship to our Mother Line.

Each week we will journey deeper with:

• Somatic & pelvic movement
• Sweat Lodge
• Shaman's Breath and drumming activation
• Opening and Integrating 'shadow' parts
• Visioning with your Moon Blood
• Blue Lotus Flower / Bobinsana Tea (Optional)
