Wild Devotion is devotional time set aside to reconnect with yourself and gather in safe, supportive community. We begin with grounded yoga structure and open into intuitive, embodied, ecstatic movement. Then we close in sacred sharing circle, speaking what is present and alive.
If traditional yoga has not felt like your space, or sitting still feels impossible, this practice offers another doorway. Through intentional, somatic movement, you are guided out of overthinking and back into your body, where emotion, intuition, and truth live.
This is about feeling alive, not getting it “right.” It is devotion to your body and your life as sacred.
