Wild Art Journaling is a creative practice. It is different every time even though it has the same structure. It is a way to get connected be present and find creative flow. It is not therapy but it is therapeutic. It is defintely magic.

WHAT WE DO
- 5 mins free writing as the base layer.
- A short guided clearing meditation
- Paint or collage over the writing in layers (you will be guided).
- You end up with your own unique art work.
- There is NO wrong way.
