Imagine waking up to the gentle sounds of the sea, the call of wild ponies in the distance, and the warmth of a sunlit morning on Assateague Island. Join us for a transformative 3-day camping yoga retreat where we'll breathe, flow, and ground ourselves in nature’s rhythm. Each day begins with a slow flow vinyasa to wake up the body and set our intentions, followed by a powerful midday flow session, and ends with a deeply restorative evening practice including yin and ball rolling. Our goal? To nourish the body, center the spirit, and deepen your connection with the earth through practices centered on the root chakra.
We’ll stay in a beautiful communal tent to foster community and connection, with the option to bring your own tent if that feels best for you. Three delicious, vegetarian meals will be provided each day, made to satisfy and tailored to any dietary needs. For those craving a little extra adventure, private aerial yoga or Lyra classes are available for an additional fee. Each moment is crafted to help you tune into nature, from sunrise yoga on the beach to evenings spent reflecting under the stars.
