As St. Patrick’s week begins, we invite you to gather for an evening of Irish food, whiskey, and storytelling.
Join Byways & Backroads travel advisor Bit Devine and Two-Time Iron Chef Champion Chef Ken Foy for a one-night-only Irish culinary experience at Dante’s Fire Kitchen & Cocktails.
Chef Foy will present a multi-course Irish prix fixe dinner paired with carefully selected Irish whiskeys, celebrating the rich flavors and traditions of Ireland through refined technique and bold ingredients.
Throughout the evening, Bit Devine will share stories from Ireland’s landscapes, legends, and sacred places—offering guests a glimpse into her upcoming journey Wild & Divine: Sacred Stones & Celtic Souls*, a small-group experience exploring Ireland’s ancient and lesser-known paths.
From coastal seafood to heritage meats and elevated farmhouse classics, each course reflects the warmth and spirit of Irish hospitality.
