Come, get in touch with a wilder side of yourself and join us for an unforgettable 4 day, 3 night fully catered retreat. We will be at Mucklagh Lodge in Aughavannagh Co Wicklow in a stunning remote location in the Wicklow mountains. We will be re-wilding and re-rooting ourselves through various nourishing and inspiring workshops over a long weekend.
There will be a guest facilitators, soon to be announced- myself Courtney Tyler, along with some incredible facilitators such as Oonagh O'Sullivan of Wild Womb Alchemy and more. The full details of fellow facilitators and workshops will be announced in due course.
We will be gathering over these 4 days to re-connect to ourselves and to others, to explore many workshops and delicious nourishing food together.
We will create a ceremonial headpiece together for a shamanic inspired masquerade ball, sweatlodge ceremony, various workshops touching on topics such as: wild food, fermentation, herbal medicine, medicinal mushrooms, forest bathing and more.
You will go home with a ceremonial headpiece (and a full heart and belly) after our long weekend together.
Cacao, medicinal mushrooms drinks, herbal drinks and elixirs, foraged food tasters and meals prepared by a talented local chef- Nicky Halliday will be provided over the four days, including your accomodation.
