Join us for a free, family-friendly day of wildlife discovery, outdoor activities, and community at Westbere Copse Nature Reserve.
Whether you're a regular visitor or exploring the reserve for the first time, this open day event is a chance to connect with nature, learn about local wildlife, and enjoy a range of activities suitable for all ages. Drop in throughout the day and take part in guided walks, hands-on activities, creative crafts, citizen science, and live music in a beautiful natural setting.

Guided Activities
The guided walks will begin in Jenny Wood, which is part of the Westbere Copse.
12:30pm – Bird Walk
1:30pm – Insect Safari
2:30pm – Guided Visit to Jane Evans Nature Reserve
3:00pm - Live folk acoustic music performace and poetry readings in Jane Evans Nature Reserve.
About Westbere Copse Nature Reserve
Westbere Copse is a treasured local green space, home to a variety of wildlife and habitats. This event celebrates the importance of nature close to home and aims to help more people discover, enjoy, and care for their local reserve. We will also be exploring the adjacent Jenny Wood Nature Reserve and opening the nearby Jane Evans Nature Reserve.
How To Get There
Westbere Copse Nature Reserve, Camden, NW2 3RU.
You can find the nature reserve at the junction of Westbere and Minster roads. Go down the steps into the woods. Walk along the path next to the railings and at the end of the path enter Jenny Wood reserve through the open gate.

Facilities
Stepped access to the nature reserve.
No public toilets on site.
Visitors are encouraged to bring their own drinks and snacks.
