Happy Women's History Month! This month, we're excited to offer a program in partnership with Wikicurious, a beginner-level series that trains participants how to edit and participate on Wikimedia wikis and sites.
On Tuesday, March 24, drop in with your laptop any time from noon-4pm to enjoy a light lunch, learn about getting started as a contributor, and use the resources in the Buncombe County Special Collections reference library and archives to help improve access to accurate, well-cited information about women and other under-represented people in Western NC history.
A light complimentary lunch and limited number of loaner laptops will be available will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
