“Wiggly Warriors Yoga.” This is a drop-in yoga class for kids ages 6-10ish. Kids need to dress comfortably to move and bring a yoga mat! Led by Kelli Verble. She is a 500+hour trained yoga teacher, and working towards her 800-hour yoga therapist national certification.
Fridays 4:30-5:20 (changed from Wednesday)
$15 drop-in fee with 20% discount for monthly membership (no refund for missed classes). One scholarship slot is available in each group at the LCTC for those who can demonstrate financial hardship (3 month limit for ongoing groups). Scholarship rates will be at a 90% discount.
