âś…Terms and Conditions
1.*Main WPC payee must be Active WPC. Guests paid for or with Bazaar Booth may be Non WPC Actives / WIEN Members.
2. Please register and pay the high tea upon registration, as this is a private venue event, with necessary booking costs. We need to manage the numbers accordingly in advance for catering and spacing. You will receive a confirmation email of payment made. Please confirm registration at the door on the event day, to be eligible for the lucky draws.
4. For bazaar booths - Strictly no open / cooked food. Packed food eg brownies, cakes, biscuits, Indian sweets. For non food - may sell anything eg clothing, bags, plants etc.
5.There is NO option to pay at the door for the specially priced high tea buffet as this is based on pre ordered and paid for catering. There is ala carte which must be settled as per order.
6.All payments for high tea and bazaar booth(s) made are strictly non refundable.
