After an incredible 18 years at Thales, where she held a range of senior leadership roles across Talent, Learning, Culture and People, Vicki recently took a leap of courage to join Shield AI.

Known for her authentic leadership, warmth and quick wit, Vicki is passionate about helping women find workplaces where they can thrive, navigate the twists and turns of career and life, and have the confidence to back themselves.
