UPDATE: For reasons of safety (and to be fair, if I'd been doing the cooking, this would be doing you a favour), we're not allowed to have a BBQ at this event, though you are very welcome to bring your own food & drink (picnic blankets optional).
Also, I have tried to secure us the area on the hallowed ground, however this isn't possible, so we've been advised just to get there as early as we can.
It's only 35 years since the skatepark got 'dozed, so what better way to celebrate everyone's favourite skatepark by us all getting together for a nice little informal BBQ on the hallowed ground to catch up with old friends, swap stories and reminisce about old times?
If anyone fancies later, there's the option to nip along to Ise Skatepark for a roll/ride or just watch for fun.
