Every year, just as winter settles in, we open the doors to our farm kitchen and begin again.Early May marks the start of our Charcuterie season and Workshops on Wickedfood Earth Farm, three full days dedicated to pork, salt, time, smoke, and good company.
This is not a rushed course. It’s slow, hands-on, and deeply satisfying. You work, you learn, you eat well, and you leave with real skills and a quiet sense of confidence.
If you’ve ever felt the pull to learn charcuterie properly, this is how the season begins.
When – 1 to 3 May 2026 from 9:30am on all 3 days.
Where – Wickedfood Earth Country Cooking School in Gauteng.
Cost – R5 990pp for all three days (we also have limited space for people who only want to do part of the workshop at R2290 per day).
