JOSH DAVIS – 5-Time Olympic Medalist • Broadcaster • National Clinician

Josh Davis is a three-time Olympic gold medalist from the 1996 Atlanta Games and a two-time silver medalist from the 2000 Sydney Olympics, where he also served as captain of the U.S. Men’s Swim Team. Known for his signature 200 freestyle and unmatched relay leadership, Josh became the only male athlete at the 1996 Games in any sport to win three gold medals. A 23-time All-American from the University of Texas, he has spent the last three decades inspiring the swimming community through world-class performances, record-setting relays, and a relentless commitment to athlete development.

Beyond competition, Josh has built a distinguished career as a motivational speaker, national swim clinician, and sports broadcaster. His clinics have impacted thousands of swimmers across the country, and his trademark “Core 7 Principles of Peak Performance” have become a staple in leadership and athlete-mindset training. Josh is also a highly respected commentator — adding expert analysis and Olympic-level storytelling to major events. Josh is currently a collegiate men and women's head swim coach.
