Guidelines for Vendor

1. Booth rental charges are $60 per 18X8 exhibit space for a covered “Garage Sale” space. All spaces are outdoors. Additional covered space for $50.
2. A 501(c)(3) organization can recive 50% by calling us first at 940-763-1111
3. Food Vendor rental charges are $80.00. Electricity WILL NOT be provided.

5. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Weather contingency.
6. Set-up hours are from 6 p.m. Friday, April 10th Saturday before opening.
7. Overnight security provided for set-up.
8. Tables and chairs WILL NOT be provided. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables and chairs.
9. Booths and vendors must be ready by 7 a.m. April 11th. Tear down is after 2 p.m. Saturday, April 11th. You are responsible for cleaning your booth area upon departure.
10. The sale of firearms, reptiles, knives, livestock and alcohol are prohibited.
11. Businesses that have a sales tax number must collect sales tax and are responsible for its collection.
12. Registration for booth space may be completed online at Eventbrite.com or in person at Townsquare Media, 2525 Kell E Blvd #200, Wichita Falls, TX 76308. The office is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Admission day of the event is $5 and free for children 12 and younger. or two for $8.
