About this Event

British Columbia’s trades sector is facing high demand, with 15 key skilled trades expected to account for over 72,000 job openings between 2025 and 2035. Over the next decade, 77% of all BC job openings will require some form of post-secondary training, with construction and technical services leading in opportunities.

Our event will bring together industry leaders, employers, training providers, and skilled trades professionals for a dynamic panel discussion focused on strengthening the workforce pipeline.

This conversation will explore innovative recruitment strategies, retention best practices, training partnerships, and real-world insights from those hiring, those training, and those working in the trades.

Join us to connect, collaborate, and shape the future of BC’s skilled trades workforce.
