We are delighted to welcome you to our annual Women of Distinction Lunch at Cosy Club, Bennetts Hill, Birmingham with our guest speaker, Nicola Fleet-Milne, founder and MD of FleetMilne and Chair of Birmingham Colmore.
Nicola has a flourishing and distinguished career in the commercial sector at multi award-winning residential property company, FleetMilne, that she established in 2004 after starting her career at Knight Frank. She has built a reputation as a proud advocate of all things Birmingham, embedding herself in the young professional services scene years ago at the IoD and Birmingham Future. She has chaired Birmingham Colmore (business improvement district) board since 2020 and chairs its executive working group.
Throughout her career, she has built relationships with individuals and organisations across sectors to promote Birmingham’s role as a business destination nationally and internationally, encouraging and supporting others through networking, committee and support roles. We look forward to hearing her share personal reflections of her career to date.
Our lunch will be in the private dining area upstairs at Cosy Club, 33 Bennetts Hill, Birmingham with its hearty British food mix of comfort classics, sharing plates where dining matches the building’s grand, vintage vibe.
Our 2-course lunch includes starter and main course including vegan/vegetarian options and a drink including non-alcoholic options.

At £37 for members and £42 for guests, this event offers a great opportunity to hear from our inspirational speaker, network, and enjoy good food and company in a great venue. Booking terms and conditions
Receipt of your booking whether by email or via Eventbrite indicates acceptance of liability to pay the attendance fee irrespective of whether you attend the event. Refunds may be requested after a booking has been made but approval of a refund will depend on whether WiBA has already committed payment to a venue. This varies from event to event. Please note that refunds are not paid on cancellations made less than 8 days before the event regardless. WiBA reserves the right to refuse admission if payment is not received prior to an event.
