🏊♀️🚴♂️🏃♂️ Family-Friendly Triathlon – Everyone Welcome! 🏃♀️🚴♀️🏊♂️The Eastland Multisport & Triathlon Club is excited to invite you to a FREE, fun, and family-friendly triathlon — perfect for first-timers, kids, parents, and aduls wanting to give something new a try.
📍 Where: Kiwa Pools
⏰ Start time: 9:00am , Saturday Feb 14th
The course:
• Swim: Outdoor pool at Kiwa Pools (33m pool)
• Bike: Along the Mad Mile
• Run: Around the Kiwa Pools block
✨ Varying distances will be available, with final measurements being done this weekend — so there’ll be something for everyone!
👧🧒 Under 12s: A parent or guardian must accompany participants under 12, as roads will not be closed. Don’t worry though — we’ll have friendly volunteers guiding athletes at all turn points.
📝 Entry: On the day
⏱️ Timing: This is a non-timed event — all about participation, confidence, and fun!

This event is a chance for us to gauge interest, with plans to run another triathlon in March. If there’s enough interest, we’ll also organise training sessions in the weeks between to help you build skills and confidence.
Bring your mates, bring the kids, bring the whānau — we would love to see everybody out there giving it a go.
