Learn how to get started on your native plant journey in a new class at the Lake Lure Flowering Bridge Education Center.
Bridge volunteer Thea Petrovitch will talk about the biodiversity crisis, the importance of ecosystems to all life on Earth, how native plants build and serve our ecosystems. We will learn how native plants (and the people that plant them) will save our natural world!
By the end of the class, participants will be provided with a comprehensive yet simple outline that will allow you to get started on your native plant journey.
