Conflict is a normal part of family life—but what if the arguments we see on the surface are really about something deeper? In this class, we’ll explore the hidden patterns that drive family conflict and learn how to better understand what’s really going on beneath the frustration, miscommunication, and emotional reactions.
Join us for a practical and insightful workshop where you’ll gain tools to recognize common conflict cycles, improve communication, and respond more intentionally in difficult moments. Whether you’re navigating challenges with children, teens, or partners, this class will help you shift from reacting to understanding.
What to expect:
- Real-life examples that make complex dynamics easy to understand
- A supportive, judgment-free environment
- Practical tools you can start using right away
Takeaways:
- How to identify the underlying needs and emotions behind conflict
- Ways to break unhelpful patterns and reduce repeated arguments
- Strategies to build stronger connections and resilience within your family
- Increased confidence in handling tough conversations
This workshop will be led by local therapist Natalie Wennergren, AMFT, who brings both professional expertise and relatable insight to the conversation.
