Annabelle Mayhew works with founder-led businesses where growth has become more complex.

She helps founders who’ve built something that works but find that scaling isn’t getting easier - decisions carry more weight, the business still relies heavily on them and progress feels heavier than it should.

Her work focuses on diagnosing what’s actually limiting growth beneath the surface problem, and helping founders make the right decisions in the right order so the business can evolve beyond founder-dependency.

Before this, Anna co-founded TowerXchange, grew EBITDA from £150k to £1m, and completed an eight-figure exit to Euromoney (FTSE 250).
