Why Do I Hurt? OhioHealth Pain Management Wellness Program (5 week series)

Pain is a normal human experience that may be related to an injury, disease, or trauma. Pain provides you with important information about how physical abilities, overall health and well-being, healing process, and sense of safety in the world.

This 5-week course will support you to better understand your pain and connect your brain and body to your pain. It will offer ways to decrease your pain without Medic*tion and return the activities with others that are meaningful to you.
