They show up to practice.
They love their sport.
But suddenly they’re missing games because of:
• ankle pain
• knee soreness
• tight hips
• nagging injuries that keep coming back
Parents are often told:
“Take a couple weeks off.”
“Just ice it.”
“It’s probably growing pains.”
But after 20 years working with young athletes, I can tell you this:
Most of these injuries are predictable — and preventable.
Young athletes today are training harder, specializing earlier, and going through rapid growth spurts. Their bodies are changing faster than their movement patterns can keep up.
This is why so many athletes start dealing with:
• ankle instability
• knee pain during growth spurts
• tight hips and hamstrings
• fatigue late in games
• recurring injuries during the season
In this 60-minute workshop, I’ll explain:
✔ The real reason youth athletes keep missing games
✔ The 3 movement breakdowns I see most in developing athletes
✔ Why growth spurts dramatically increase injury risk
✔ The simple tests parents can use to spot problems early
✔ How to build a strong, resilient athlete before injuries happen
You’ll also learn about our Stay On The Field (SOTF) program, an 8-week athlete development system designed to help young athletes:
• build stability
• move better
• reduce injury risk
• stay healthy through the season
After the presentation, we’ll open the floor for Q&A so parents can ask questions about their own athletes.
If your athlete is between ages 11–16 and serious about their sport, this workshop will give you insight that most families don’t learn until after injuries happen.
⚠️ Seating is limited so we can keep the workshop interactive and allow time for questions.
Reserve your seat today and learn how to help your athlete stay healthy, confident, and on the field.
