Who’s Going to Do the Work? Apprenticeships and Strategic Partnerships
About this Event
You have the contract, the orders or the growth. Now who is going to do the work?
This workshop walks small business owners through two practical paths to building capacity without hiring blind: registered apprenticeship programs and strategic partnerships with other businesses.
Katrina Hawkins of DJH Express National Training Academy covers how apprenticeships work for small employers, what funding and support exist in Texas, how to structure a partnership agreement that protects both sides, and how to decide which path fits your business right now.
Bring a current staffing or capacity challenge. You will leave with a clear next step for it.
