Starting Your Business the Right Way
About this Event
Most business problems that show up in year three were decided in month one.
This workshop covers the foundational choices new and early-stage owners get wrong most often: entity structure, separating personal and business finances, registrations and permits, basic recordkeeping, and how to set the business up so it can take on capital, contracts and partners later.
Malcolm Davis, Founder and CEO of Greenway & Archer Capital Partners, leads the session from the perspective of someone who evaluates businesses for funding and sees the same avoidable mistakes over and over.
Whether you are pre-launch or already operating and need to clean things up, you will leave with a checklist and the reasoning behind it.
