Who's In Your Cup?- Day Retreat

You've likely heard the phrase, "My cup runneth over." While it has many interpretations, simply put, it means you're so full of joy that it's overflowing.

Our goal is to ensure that what's in your cup is solely for you. Then, what spills over—that overflow of goodness—is what you can share with the world, ensuring your cup remains full at all times. This is for you if you constantly feel drained, pulled in unwanted/relentless directions by family, friends, work, or even yourself! Are you seeking a healthy balance in all that you do? Let's work together to make sure that people, places, and things aren't draining your personal reserve!

Mrs. Michelle Hall-Boggan MSW, LCSW owner of Keep Evolving Wellness will walk us through a mini-master class, explaining techniques and strategies to help you stay aligned and delegate your energy appropriately.

Mrs. Rikki, a multi-disciplined yoga instructor will shake us loose and get us stretched out. Rikki brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, offering a unique blend of yoga styles and techniques to suit all levels of experience. 

Mrs. Ada, a master reiki healer, will get us tuned in and aligned.

We will have the unique opportunity to experience her expert application of both traditional Reiki healing and therapeutic sound bowl attunement. Reiki, paired with the vibrational frequencies of the healing sound bowls, creates a synergistic effect that promotes deep relaxation, releases energetic blockages, and fosters a renewed sense of peace and balance. You won’t want to miss this!

Your ticket includes a sound healing/reiki experience, yoga session, a mini master class, a meal & vendors to support! 

Attire will be casual, yoga-friendly, and please bring a yoga mat!
