Sanctioned by the Steak Cookoff Association (SCA), pitmasters from across the region will compete for $5,000 cash in Whole Hog, Any Side Dish, and Banana Pudding categories.
Guests can purchase a $10 People’s Choice ticket to sample competition barbecue and vote for their favorite team.
Interested in competing? The event is open to all cooks, and category winners will earn qualification opportunities for the SCA World Championship. Register at steakcookoffs.com under the “Cooks” section.
