Chef Bruce Wieszala will demonstrate the proper method of breaking down a whole pig provided by Always Something Farm. You'll learn how to fabricate the whole pig into primal cuts, sub-primal cuts, and specific cuts for charcuterie as well as for cooking. We'll also have snacks and refreshments!
