Tickets include the whole hog bbq class along with a buffet style whole hog meal served with beans, slaw, potato salad and bread. 😋
It will be a 1.5-2 hr event we will have discussion on the pig prep, fire prep, seasoning, mops & injection I use in the pig, the cook process, times temp of different areas of the pig while on the pit, wood usage the different woods we use for color and flavor and then of course we will break it down by muscle group then it'll be time to eat that delish pig! 🐷
