Audition dates - July 26-27 from 7-9 p.m.
A gentleman detective, a Dude Ranch, and “a matter of life and death”....
Set in the 1930s, the era of the sophisticated sleuth. With murder, mystery, and an eccentric array of suspects, there are plenty of great character roles to audition for!
If you love the wisecracks and witty repartee of The Thin Man films, you'll love Whodunnit, Darling?.
Character descriptions: 5M 2 W
Damocles Cole (M): A calm, competent gentleman sleuth and lawyer who is urgently summoned to the ranch.
Daphne Cole (F): Dam's scheming, spunky ex-wife and a best-selling mystery author who forged the telegram to lure him into the case.
Martin Lomax (M): Crenshaw's(the deceased) self-important, high-rolling business partner.
Vera Lomax (F): Martin's voluptuous wife who was actively making a play for the deceased.
Tommy Delbert (M): Crenshaw’s playboy nephew who openly admits he hated his uncle.
Tex McKinney (M): The crusty cowboy owner of the dude ranch who is deeply in debt to Crenshaw and Lomax.
Elmo "Moose" Lodge (M): The meddling, slightly bumbling country sheriff who arrives with his own misguided theories.
