Who Are You When No One Needs You? | A Watercolor & Reflection Retreat
About this Event
A Reflection Retreat with Watercolor & Creative Expression
Who are you beyond the roles you carry?
Beyond the responsibilities, expectations, and ways you show up for others?
This intimate retreat invites you to step away from being needed and reconnect with the person beneath the obligations, routines, and identities you've built around caring for others.
Through guided reflection, conversation, creative expression, and community, we'll explore what remains when productivity, performance, and usefulness are set aside.
Together, we'll gently explore questions such as:
• Who am I when no one needs me?
• How do I think I am perceived?
• What expectations am I ready to release?
• Who am I becoming?
Watercolor will be woven throughout the experience as a tool for exploration rather than artistic achievement. No painting experience is necessary. The focus is not on creating a perfect piece of art, but on allowing color, movement, and reflection to express what words sometimes cannot.
