Whitwell Gala Drop in Session

We will have a stand at Whitwell Gala, Recreation Ground, Welbeck Street, Whitwell S80 4TY.
We have a bottle raffle, tombola and cakes for sale.
In order for these events to take place we will need your help with donations of:
• Bottles (not just alcohol) eg. Soft drinks, squash, Washing up liquid, tomato sauce, bubble bath etc.
• Cakes – please let me know what you will be baking and let me have a list of ingredients
• Posh snacks and foods for hampers
• Baskets for the hampers
• Raffle prizes
Nearer the time cakes and raffle prizes can to dropped off (details on our newsletter - signup via the website)
We do need volunteers as well, please let us know if you can assist. Your help does not have to be for the whole time, an hour or so would be a great just to spread the load. Thank you.
