Boosted Barbecue & Barbecue Revolution present our first Barbecue masterclass for 2026. This will be held at Two Fathoms Brewing at 2 commerce close, Cannonvale. This class will start of with learning about selecting your cuts of meat and preparing them run by our Master Butcher Paul Suleyman.
Once the proteins are prepared the class will continue on with our experts Adriano current Australian SCA Points champion, Sam and Mick. These guys will show you simple ways you can cook our favorites at home for your friends and famliy in many ways from low and slow american style to south american live fire.

Choripan
Pork Belly
Pulled Pork
Pork Ribs
Brisket
Chicken
Seafood
Various sides and more
Drinks and beers will be available for purchase on the day.
Tickets are $280 (non refundable) include all the above and go in the draw for a special door prize.
These classes will run from 9am to 4.30pm. Tickets are limited to 40 people so everyone can enjoy the experience.
