Whitley Bay Big Local AGM

Our Annual General Meeting is an opportunity to come and find out about our charity and our plans for the future.

Ten years ago we started delivery of the Big Local programme in 2014 and our aim was always to end the programme after 10 years.

Of course, we aren't treating this as an end. Our ethos of placing residents at the heart of decision making and addressing disadvantage in Whitley Bay continues as a sustainable charity. We're here to stay.

But we do want to reflect on the great work we've been part of over the last 10 years. If you've been involved in Big Local in any way, or if you've been supported by Big Local we want to see you here on October 10th.

We would love to see anybody there who wants to find out more, but we in particular want to invite people who have been involved with Whitley Bay Big Local over the years. That could be workers, people involved in running groups, grant recipients and partnership board members. There will be free refreshments and snacks, so we do hope you can make it along to celebrate ten years of delivery as Whitley Bay Big Local!
