Get Outside with Outdoor Adventures (OA)! We’re kicking things off this semester with a splash! Join us for an exciting 10-mile whitewater rafting trip. Trip is set for Saturday, Aug. 30 to Monday, Sept. 1 (Labor Day weekend—no classes Monday!). Here’s the plan: Saturday – Drive up to Tennessee and explore along the way; Sunday – Raft all day with professional guides from Quest Expeditions in Ocoee, TN; Monday – Head home, with a few fun stops along the way. We’ll be staying on-site in air-conditioned bunkhouses—each room sleeps four and includes twin-size bunks. The bunkhouse also has two full bathrooms, indoor full sized fridge, outdoor grill, and outdoor sand volleyball court.

Who can join? All UWF students, faculty, and staff are welcome to participate! Each UWF member also gets one “plus one,” meaning a non-UWF friend or family member can join too.
