Year 8!!! I’ve had the opportunity to share a lot about Dad and Ricky lately. I love sharing their legacy with people and will talk to anyone and everyone that will listen! But that’s how it should be, right?!
I’ve noticed more of my Dad showing up in me this year…mostly in the things I say…lol. Really though, I’ve seen it in my priorities and how to process information. My dad was always very wise and I’m trying my very best to pause and reflect on how he would handle scenarios.
FINALLY!!! The ride has come back to Boone!! No football game this year, so it’s time!
October 3 (Dad’s death date) @ 0900, we'll head out from dad & Ricky's final resting place at Gaston Memorial Park and the ride will finish in Boone, NC. We'll have plenty of stops along the way for gas, rest and pictures and we'll be looking for lunch on the way up.
