White Wines We LOVE!

We were tempted to call this one “the white wine counterpoint to Pinot Noir,” as that’s essentially what this one is. Pinot Noir has become hugely popular because it is both an enormously delicious and appealing wine on its own AND a super-versatile wine with food.

Now, the whites that also manage these qualities are those that have rich and even opulent textures without excessive oak or alcohol. Wines like certain Albarinos, Fiano di Avellinos, Gruner Veltliners, Alsatians, Oregon Pinot Gris and others. The kind of whites we tend to love the most, and drink ourselves.

These will be the focus of this tasting.
