A warm cozy invitation to gather in community in honouring more intentional reflective and self nourishing time.These ceremonial style sessions offer a soothing sound bath experience with singing sound bowls and chimes warmly blended with expansive waves of gong, and soft waves of percussive rhythms.
There will be open invitations and opportunities to share our voices through the exploration of toning and mantra meditations, and open invitations up to connect deeper through personal inquiry, reflection, and soulful sharing time.
