🌙 Join us for our unique and very special monthly Whispers of Wisdom SoundbathA monthly sanctuary of sacred sound, soothing suggestion, and soulful stillness
Held on the first Tuesday of each month, this immersive special soundbath is a powerful collaboration between Kay and Heidi, blending therapeutic soundscapes with gentle spoken word to guide you into deep rest, emotional release, and inner renewal.
Together, we create a space where sound becomes medicine and suggestion becomes transformation.
✨ This is like nothing else—a uniquely meditative fusion of intuitive sound healing and softly spoken gentle and caring suggestion that invites profound shifts in body, mind, and spirit.

– Mats and knee supports are provided
– Chairs can be supplied on request at time of booking if you’re unable to lie on a floor mat
– You’re encouraged to bring a blanket or two, pillow, eye mask—whatever helps you feel cosy and comfy on the floor

– An open heart and willingness to relax deeply
