Whispers of Winter: Yoga, Herb Walk, Sound Bath, and Farm to Table Meal

Join us for Whispers of Winter, a day retreat designed to help you find calm, connection, and renewal just in time for the holiday season. In the midst of all the demands and busyness, this is your opportunity to take a pause, nurture yourself, and fill your own cup so that you can give freely to others.

The day begins with a peaceful herb walk, where you’ll discover the unique properties and healing potential of Laguna Canyons winter wild plants. Afterward, we will shimmy into a gentle yoga class accompanied by live music, designed to help you release tension and sink deeper into your heart. Finally, we’ll gather to enjoy a nourishing, farm-to-table meal crafted from seasonal ingredients, reminding you of the warmth and abundance of this time of year.

Schedule: (subjet to minor changes)

11:00 - 11:30pm: Arrival

11:30 - 1:00pm: Soul Session Yoga Flow, Live Music, + Sound Bath Experience

1:00 - 1:30pm: Tea Time & Guided Herb Meditation

1:30 - 2:45pm: Herb Walk and Education in the beautiful trails of Laguna Beach

3:00 - 4:00pm: Farm to Table Meal

4:00 - 4:30pm: Hangout + Explore Vendors - Great opportunity to get some christmas presents from local artists and small businesses

NOTE: This will be a gentle walk, not a hike. Can be done in comfortable sandals if needed be. All you need to bring is your own yoga mat.
