کارگاه زمزمه سماع، فرصتی برای تجربه‌ی ارتباط عمیق موسیقی و حرکت

در هنر ایرانی است.

محتوا:

• آموزش اصول سماع، تکنیک‌های چرخش و نحوه‌ی هماهنگی حرکات با ریتم و آواز.(توسط الهام دلاوری)

• آموزش مبانی آواز شامل تمرینات تنفسی، صداسازی ،تلفیق با شعر و ایجاد ارتباط بین آواز و احساس.(توسط مهدیه مالکی)

در این ورکشاپ، با تجربه‌ای عمیق از هماهنگی بین بدن، موسیقی و معنویت، تمرکز و تعادل جسم و روح را تقویت می‌کنیم. همچنین از طریق تمرینات فردی و گروهی، حس همدلی و ارتباط میان اعضا را گسترش می‌دهیم.

این دوره برای همه‌ی سطوح، از مبتدی تا پیشرفته، خانم ها و آقایان، مناسب است و به صورت حضوری برگزار می‌شود.

Workshop on Vocal Art and Sema Dance

An opportunity to deeply explore the connection between music and movement in Iranian art.

Content:

• Sama Dance Training: Learn the principles of Sama, spinning techniques, and how to synchronize movements with rhythm and vocals. (Instructor: Elham Delavari)

• Vocal Training: Master the basics of singing, including breathing exercises, voice building, integrating poetry, and creating a connection between vocals and emotions. (Instructor: Mahdieh Maleki)

In this workshop, we will cultivate focus and balance of body and soul through a profound experience of harmony between the body, music, and spirituality. Additionally, through individual and group exercises, we aim to foster empathy and connection among participants.

This course is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced, is open for men and women. It will be held in person.
