We’re bringing the incredible world of whisky directly to you. This once-a-year celebration gathers an outstanding lineup.

Your ticket includes a glass to keep that gives you access to sample an array of drams on offer plus two tokens on arrival to enjoy nips of any table’s Rare Whisky. Plus a light meal option to keep you going.

2025 look who joined us:

• The Scotch Malt Whisky Society – The world’s leading whisky club, bottling rare and unique single casks with adventurous tasting notes you won’t find anywhere else.
• Waubs Harbour – A rising star from Tasmania, crafting coastal single malts shaped by the wild seas and salty air of Australia’s east coast.
• Michter’s Distillery – An American icon, rooted in Kentucky heritage, producing some of the finest bourbon, rye, and American whiskey in the world.

• Starward – Melbourne’s own, creating approachable yet complex whiskies aged in Australian red wine barrels, designed for modern palates.
• Diageo – A global powerhouse bringing an unmatched collection of world-renowned whisky brands, from iconic single malts to legendary blends.
