We’re bringing the incredible world of whisky directly to you. This once-a-year celebration gathers an outstanding lineup.

Your ticket includes a glass to keep that gives you access to sample an array of drams on offer plus two tokens on arrival to enjoy nips of any table’s Rare Whisky. Plus a light meal option to keep you going.

2026 line up us been finalised:

• Scotch Malt Whisky Society – The world's leading whisky club, bottling rare and unique single casks chosen purely on flavour, not name.
• Waubs Harbour – A rising star from Tasmania, crafting coastal single malts shaped by the wild seas and salty air of Bicheno.
• Hellyers Road – Tasmania's largest distillery, a Burnie icon renowned for its smooth, triple-distilled single malts.
• Suntory – The house of Japanese whisky excellence, pioneering the craft since 1923 with icons like Yamazaki and Hibiki.
• Lark – The distillery that started it all, founded by Bill Lark in Hobart in 1992 and credited with sparking Tasmania's whisky renaissance.
• Waiheke Whisky Company – A boutique New Zealand producer, distilling small-batch single malts on Waiheke Island using local barley and peat.
• Cerbaco – Melbourne's long-standing importer of rare and artisanal spirits, bringing hard-to-find bottles into Australia since 1985.
• Fuji Whisky (Kirin) – From the foot of Mount Fuji, one of the rare distilleries producing both malt and grain whisky under one roof.
• Dalmore – The Highland icon famed for its stag emblem and rich, sherry-cask matured single malts.
