Kicking off 2025 with something different, we will be sampling seven examples of Whisky. This will take place again at the Dove Inn in St Helen Street.
I have been seeking a special bottle of whisky that will be very different and come from a country that we've never had before. So i'm rather excited about the forthcoming event.
We will be raising funds to support a fledgling charity (convoy4ukraine) who have been providing aid to Ukraine shortly after their country as invaded. The Charity has purchased and donate 4x4 vehicles and drive them in convoy to Ukraine, where they are handed to local volunteers to distribution the aid sent by many aid causes.
Tickets for the event will be £25 again and proceeds will be donated to Convoy4Ukraine.
