Whisky Tasting: Cask Le Sens x Rhythm and Booze Records

This is a dialogue between showcasing two very different passion-driven philosophies: Cask Le Sens’s search for the "meaning" within the wood, and Rhythm and Booze Records’ innovative approach to spirits through a musical lens.

The Experience

For this afternoon tasting, we will explore a curated flight of six exceptional drams (15ml each). Each selection tells a story of layers and complexity, building toward the exclusive unveiling of our collaborative masterpiece: a bespoke bottling directly inspired by the soulful artistry of Edinburgh singer-songwriter Nicole Smit.

This unique blend marries characterful malt whiskies with a significant proportion of rare 35-year-old grain whisky, capturing rhythm, depth, and soul in liquid form.
This session will be co-hosted by Cask Le Sens co-founders Richard Wong and Winnie Ng, as well as Rhythm and Booze Records co-founder Paul Archibald, offering an intimate look into how each approaches the craft of whisky.
