Western PA was the focus of the Whiskey Rebellion in 1791. It has seen a return to craft distilling throughout the region. A fine example is McLaughlin Distillery, known for bourbon, whiskey, and naturally flavored moonshines. After the tour, we will visit nearby Sewickley for dinner at Moonlit Burgers.
