AN IRISH, JAPANESE, SCOTCH & TWO BOURBONS...
Learning what makes a single a single, a blend a blend, and why a bottling is almost always filled from a variety of barrels. Much like every family, each barrel in a distillery carries the same yeast, water & grain, but few will share the same tree wood in their barrel or space to mature inside the rick house. We'll try to make it as confusing as possible as you sample how each region has its own traditions or norms.
A fun opportunity for Whiskey Drinkers to learn a little more about the background of whiskies, and the small differences between Drinking & Tasting techniques
