An upbeat conversation about the journey of whiskey from its source in Ireland, its diversity & growth in Scotland and becoming the Spirit of America. Along the way we'll chat about how Dublin Ireland was producing 4 Million gallons a year in late 1890's, what changed and what's happening now.
A fun opportunity for Whiskey Drinkers to learn a little more about the background of whiskies, and the small differences between Drinking & Tasting techniques
